Samantha spent the last decade of her career managing a vertical farm for her family’s garden center before shifting her focus to writing. As a woman living with chronic illness, she writes about complex female characters and their ability to persevere.

Samantha lives in Atlantic Canada with her husband and daughter and is a firm believer that reality television is an art form.
